BACKGROUND

"Plan" requirements, the relevant units should be in accordance with the "strict total control, diversified development, standardize the market, orderly circulation, promote law, policy incentives to the basic principle of moderate development of grain fuel ethanol, scientific and reasonable grasp of the total grain fuel ethanol, vigorously develop cellulosic ethanol and other advanced bio liquid fuel to meet the growing market demand. To 2020, we promote the use of ethanol gasoline in the country, to realize full coverage, market operation mechanism established, preliminary construction of advanced bio liquid fuel innovation system.50 thousand tons of cellulose fuel ethanol demonstration device will be used to realize the operation, development of bio fuel ethanol industry overall reached the international advanced level. By 2025, we will strive to achieve large-scale production of cellulosic ethanol, and the advanced bio liquid fuel technology, equipment and industry will reach the international leading level as a whole and form a more perfect market operation mechanism. In addition, the plan has also deployed five key tasks, including ensuring the supply of biofuel ethanol, the promotion of vehicle ethanol gasoline, strengthening supervision and management, promoting innovation and development, and strengthening the implementation of security.
